Met de allerkleinsten een landschap van kleuren en geluid maken
Met beeldend kunstenaar Virginie Bailly en performer en muzikante Marie-Rose Mayele. Dit work-in-progress biedt peuters en hun entourage de kans om de wereld van de schilderkunst en creativiteit te ontdekken. De allerkleinsten en hun verzorgers worden meegenomen op ontdekkingsreis, met materialen die speciaal zijn samengesteld uit kruiden en planten, wat niet alleen een visuele, maar ook een zintuiglijke ervaring biedt. Virginie biedt de verf geleidelijk aan, evenals het witte canvas dat zich stilaan ontvouwt. Marie-Rose beweegt en maakt muziek ter plekke. De kinderen krijgen de kans om met hun lichaam te schilderen en spontaan door de ruimte te bewegen. Door te dansen en te schilderen met natuurlijke materialen, verkennen ze niet alleen de wereld van de beeldende kunst, maar ervaren ze op een andere manier de wereld om zich heen. Hetgeen verbeelding, samenwerkingskills, zelfkennis en motoriek stimuleert. |
Créer un paysage de couleurs et de sons avec les tout-petits
Avec l'artiste plasticienne Virginie Bailly et la musicienne Marie-Rose Mayele Ce travail en cours offre aux tout-petits et à leur entourage l'opportunité d'explorer le monde de la peinture et de la créativité. Les tout-petits et leurs accompagnateurs sont invités à un voyage de découverte, avec des matériaux spécialement conçus à base d'herbes et de plantes, offrant une expérience non seulement visuelle, mais aussi sensorielle. Virginie propose la peinture de manière guidée, ainsi que la toile blanche qui se déploie progressivement. Marie-Rose bouge, chante et fait de la musique sur place. Les enfants ont l'occasion de peindre avec leur corps et de se déplacer spontanément dans l'espace. En dansant et en peignant avec des matériaux naturels, ils explorent non seulement l'art visuel, mais aussi le monde qui les entoure, stimulant ainsi l'imagination, la coopération, la connaissance de soi et la motricité. |

The children have the opportunity to paint with their bodies and move spontaneously through the space. By dancing and painting with natural materials, not only exploring visual art, but also sensing the world around, stimulating imagination, cooperation, self-knowledge and motor skills.

Marie-Rose Mayele (1974) is a singer, dancer, choreographer and cross- over performing artist and producer. In 2012 she founded Cie sQueezz with the performer and theatre maker Anne-Beth Schuurmans. Cie sQueezz develops art education projects, interdisciplinary performances and experiences for young children and their entourage. For Marie-Rose, the singing voice opens the channel to the heart; dance and movement can restore connections and can allow emotions to flow (again). www.marierose-mayele.org

Virginie Bailly (b. 1976) is a Belgian visual artist. Virginie finds it important that when looking at her work, one experiences the fragmentation of the image. Experiencing the energy, dynamics and layering of the image despite all that splintered vibration, as a unity.
